Use the calculator to queue buildings, machines, tools, food, and other craftable items, then total the exact ingredients before you walk back to storage or the crafting station.

How To Use It

1. Search for a craftable item from the Crafting Recipes table.
2. Add a quantity to the manifest.
3. Use Bill of Materials for total ingredients and Crafting Steps for station work.
4. Open linked item pages when a material needs a source, research cost, or loot chest check.

Best Uses

• Queue a storage or workshop batch before moving materials out of Chests and shelves.
• Plan first-power builds that combine Solar Panels, Windmills, Batteries, connectors, and one useful powered machine.
• Prep animal areas by adding shelters, Feeding Troughs, water troughs, feed, and nearby storage as one project.
• Batch trip supplies around the Dock: food, repair support, upgrade parts, and empty return storage.
• Compare decoration or building variants before spending brick, glass, cloth, leaf, iron, or other materials that also feed progression.

Reading The Totals

Direct Ingredients shows what the selected recipe variants ask for immediately. Raw Materials After Expansion goes one level deeper repeatedly: if an ingredient can itself be crafted, the calculator expands it into the ingredients for that craft. That makes it useful for deciding what to pull from storage before a build session. It is still a planning tool, not a full simulator: use the linked item pages for source notes, research costs, loot-chest pools, farming context, and airship routing before spending rare materials.
